Kevin Trowbridge

A Sioux City native, Kevin, has been doing massage for over 11 years. A graduate of the University of South Dakota, he also holds a degree in Psychology and graduate work in Exercise Science . In addition, he was a student Athletic Trainer for USD Athletics. He also performed Rehab for High School athletes and a Chiropractic center for four years. He also taught for three years at the Siouxland College of Massage in S. Sioux City, NE. Kevin graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 2001. In 2002, Kevin was part of the NCTMB Massage Exam Committee that rewrote the national exam that students take. Kevin is also certified in massage cupping.
Cassie Thompson
Licensed Massage Therapist
Cassie graduated from the Siouxland College of Massage Therapy and has been licensed since the fall of 2007.
Accumulating over 1400 hours of training, she received instruction not only in the usual modalities, such as Swedish, Prenatal and Sports Massage, but also in more specialized forms of therapy, such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Craniosacral therapies as well as Reflexology. She is dedicated to tailoring every massage to best suit each individual whether he or she is looking for pain relief or pure, simple relaxation.
Cassie also has a B.A. in Education from the University of St. Petersburg and has received training in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language.) In her spare time she loves traveling, watching and photographing live music, and indulging in video games.
Amy Donnelly
Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy Donnelly graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in early 2007. She passed her boards and quickly started her career in Massage Therapy that April. Amy has received advanced training in Pregnancy, Labor, and Post-Partum Massage, as well as Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Swedish Massage Techniques. She has worked in both chiropractic and spa settings. Amy is dedicated to provide the best individual care for each of her clients. She enjoys music, loves to travel, and spends most of her time in The Great Outdoors!
Deb Deboer

A 2007 graduate of Siouxland College of Massage Therapy, Deb DeBoer is committed to massage as an intragual part of your overall health care.

Hi, my name is Blake and I have been working at Massage and Body since October of 2010. I have been a licensed massage therapist since June of 2008 and and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love coming to work and helping people with their stresses and pains. I received my training from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in Omaha, NE. I usually incorporate a lot of deep tissue and trigger point therapy into my massage, but I can also provide a relaxing swedish massage if that is what your after. I try to provide a comfortable atmosphere and give each individual client my 100% effort and attention. I am a lifelong resident of the siouxland area. I am a graduate of Siouxland College of Massage Therapy. Where following graduation, i taught Kinesiology, Musculoskeletal anotomy, and Pathology. After 3 years of private practice I joined the staff of Massage & Body.
I customize each massage to fit the needs and desires of my clients, using Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral, or Myofascial release as needed to provide pain relief. To help correct muscle tone imbalance and bring relaxation to each person I treat.
Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist I practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of settings: including hospital, clinics, and long term care.
When not working my hobbies include, reading, gardening, rock and fossil collecting, and generaly enjoying the beauty of nature.

I graduated in 2007 from Morningside College with a B.A in Biology. After receiving my degree I went back to school at the Siouxland College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2010. Upon passing my NCTMB boards I practiced in South Sioux City where I treated clients with swedish, prenatal, sports massage, neuromuscular, or reflexology depending on the individual needs of each client. I enjoy working with my clients and tailoring my massage techniques to meet their needs. I am excited to join the Massage and Body team and continue to provide therapeutic treatments to each and every client I have the opportunity to work with.
Lindsay Knecht
Licensed Massage Therapist
Born and raised in California, Lindsay has accumulated over 1600 hours of massage education starting in 2001 from the Southern CA School of Massage and over the following few years at the School of Holistic Touch in Ontario, CA. She recently moved to the Sioux City area where she is furthering her massage education at the Bio-Chi Institute of Massage Therapy. She also earned a BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in 2009. While in CA, Lindsay worked at a chiropractic clinic for one year and at a major day spa for 9 years. She has training in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone massage, Prenatal, Acupressure, Reflexology, and Postural Integration. Lindsay customizes her massages for every individual she works on and is dedicated to helping them maintain their health and well-being through holistic therapies.
