A Sioux City native, Kevin is the owner and a Massage Therapist. He is graduate of the University of South Dakota, he also holds a degree in Psychology and has done graduate work in Exercise Science . In addition, he was a student Athletic Trainer for USD Athletics and performed Rehab for High School athletes and at a Chiropractic center for four years. He also taught for three years at the Siouxland College of Massage in S. Sioux City, NE. Kevin graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 2001. In 2002, Kevin was part of the NCTMB Massage Exam Committee that rewrote the national exam that students take. Kevin is also certified in massage cupping.

Cassie graduated from the Siouxland College of Massage Therapy and has been licensed since the fall of 2007.
Accumulating over 1400 hours of training, she received instruction not only in the usual modalities, such as Swedish, Prenatal and Sports Massage, but also in more specialized forms of therapy, such as Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Craniosacral therapies as well as Reflexology. She is dedicated to tailoring every massage to best suit each individual whether he or she is looking for pain relief or pure, simple relaxation.
Cassie also has a B.A. in Education from the University of St. Petersburg and has received training in TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language.) In her spare time she loves traveling, watching and photographing live music, and indulging in video games.

Amy Donnelly graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in early 2007. She passed her boards and quickly started her career in Massage Therapy that April. Amy has received advanced training in Pregnancy, Labor, and Post-Partum Massage, as well as Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Swedish Massage Techniques. She has worked in both chiropractic and spa settings. Amy is dedicated to provide the best individual care for each of her clients. She enjoys music, loves to travel, and spends most of her time in The Great Outdoors!

A 2007 graduate of The Siouxland College of Massage Therapy, Deb DeBoer is committed to massage as an integral part of your overall health care.

Blake Ahrendsen

Hi, my name is Blake and I have been working at Massage and Body since October of 2010. I have been a licensed massage therapist since June of 2008 and and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love coming to work and helping people with their stresses and pains. I received my training from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in Omaha, NE. I usually incorporate a lot of deep tissue and trigger point therapy into my massage, but I can also provide a relaxing swedish massage if that is what your after. I try to provide a comfortable atmosphere and give each individual client my 100% effort and attention. I am a lifelong resident of the Siouxland area and a graduate of Siouxland College of Massage Therapy where, following graduation, I taught Kinesiology, Musculoskeletal Anatomy, and Pathology. After 3 years of private practice, I joined the staff of Massage & Body.
I customize each massage to fit the needs and desires of my clients, using Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral, or Myofascial release as needed to provide pain relief, help correct muscle tone imbalance and bring relaxation to each person I treat.
Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist I practiced as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, and long term care.
When not working my hobbies include reading, gardening, rock and fossil collecting, and generally enjoying the beauty of nature.


Signe Millard
Licensed Massage Therapist
Signe graduated from Gateway College of Massage Therapy in South Sioux City, NE in
1999. She worked in her own practice in Sioux City until she joined Massage and Body
in 2014. Signe has also taught Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, and Hydrotherapy at
three local colleges of massage therapy.
Signe has a BS in Nursing from Kent Sate University in Ohio and worked as an RN for
20 years before attending massage therapy school. She now enjoys the one on one time with her clients and working in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Through continuing education, Signe maintains her state licensure and national certification. She has taken courses in several different types of massage including Russian Medical Massage, Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy. Each client's treatment plan is based on his or her own goals and needs. Teaching the client correct breathing, body awareness, and appropriate stretches and relaxation techniques all help the client to be an active participant in therapy
and healing.


Emily Pitts
Licensed Massage Therapist
Emily Pitts graduated from The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2004 and she is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Emily also attained a B.A. in Physical Education from Morningside College. Emily has a sensitive and intuitive touch. Her techniques include a mix of Relaxation and Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Integration. Emily modifies each massage to the individual clients needs with a healing approach. When she’s not doing massage Emily enjoys sports, traveling, listening to live music, going camping in the summer, and hanging out with friends.


Tova Engelke

My name is Tova Engelke and I graduated from the Siouxland College of Massage Therapy in 2010. Each massage is tailored to each client’s needs which normally include deep tissue, but I also do a relaxing Swedish, Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage. My goal is to get each client relaxed and feeling better after each session. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, gardening and reading.


Mary Margaret Jones

Mary graduated from LaJames College in Mason City, IA in June 2003.
She practiced massage therapy out of her home in Iowa Falls, IA for 11 years before moving back to her home town of Jefferson SD. She offers a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Cupping. "I am very excited about working here at Massage & Body.
